Bobby Blunt

There is a lot of talent that comes from my neck of the woods and Virginia based rapper & vocalist Bobby Blunt is certainly not an exception. Representing Norfolk, VA, Bobby Blunt is like a breath of fresh air. I was first turned on to his music last year through the Petey's Soapbox EP which was inspired by the life of infamous shock jock Petey Greene. This time around I can't seem to get enough of A Traveler's Notebook - Bobby Blunt's collaboration with Australian producer TA-KU. This electic blend of sounds is funky, soulful, and hip-hop at its finest! It's clear to see that these two make a great team.
